Ready before the storm. In control during it.
StormSlip handles the whole storm workflow: plan collection, priority haul-out tiers, owner check-ins, crew scheduling and post-storm records. Your team can focus on securing the marina.
Guided storm plans
Owners complete their plan from any phone: haul-out, hurricane hole or secure in slip, backup contacts, keys and insurance certificate. No app download.
Priority haul-out tiers
Sell guaranteed or priority haul-out memberships and let StormSlip enforce the order when capacity is tight.
Watch-triggered alerts
When a watch or warning covers your marina, owners are asked to confirm their plan and you see responses come in live.
Live haul-out queue
Your crew works from one schedule ordered by tier and capacity, instead of a whiteboard and a ringing phone.
Readiness dashboard
See which boats are complete, missing a plan, missing keys or missing insurance, across one marina or a whole group.
Works with your software
StormSlip sits alongside your existing marina management system. No rip-and-replace to get started.
Records & insurance
Every plan. Filed.
Timestamped. Insurer-ready.
A timestamped record of every boat's plan, what was done before landfall, and what was found afterward. Nothing to rebuild from memory when a claim comes in.
Plan on file
Each owner's signed plan, with where the boat goes and who acts if they are away, exportable as a PDF.
Keys, contacts and certificates
Know which boats have keys at the office, a current backup contact and a valid insurance certificate.
Before and after
Pre-storm prep and post-storm inspection notes and photos, logged against each boat.
Lease compliance
Plans checked against your lease and insurance requirements, so gaps are flagged before the season, not during a warning.
One workflow, June 1 to the all-clear
We handle the setup. You handle the marina.
Before the season
Collect every plan, once
Share one link with your tenants. Plans, keys and certificates come in, reminders go out automatically, and you see who is missing.
Watch issued
Run the queue, not the phones
Owners confirm stay or go in one tap. Haul-out requests are slotted by priority tier and capacity, and your crew works from a live list.
After the storm
Records ready to send
Inspection notes, photos and the filed plan for each boat, ready for owners and their insurers.

FAQ
Common questions
Do boat owners need to download an app?
No. StormSlip is a web app. Owners fill in their plan from any phone or browser, and can save it to their home screen if they want the app-like experience.
Does it replace our marina management software?
No. StormSlip runs alongside it and handles the storm workflow your current system doesn't. If you use a particular system, tell us and we'll confirm where an integration sits on our roadmap.
What does the pilot involve?
Free access for the 2027 hurricane season. We set up your marina and tenant link, and ask for regular feedback from your team so we can shape the product around how you actually work.
Which marinas can join?
We're starting with marinas in Florida and along the Gulf Coast. If you're elsewhere on the East Coast, apply anyway and we'll keep you posted.
Can it handle multiple marina sites?
Yes. StormSlip is multi-site from the ground up. Each marina has its own staff, settings and capacity, managed independently or viewed together from one dashboard.
